Anderson District Competition March 8-9

Our first competition of the 2024 season will occur at the Anderson Civic center. See link for live Twitch stream of event, address, and schedule of events.

We are absolutely excited to kick off this season’s first match in our local area! We invite all family, friends and neighbors in the area to come out for a fun few days of robot competition. If you want to come check out the robots up close, remember to wear closed toe shoes (crocs don’t count) and borrow a pair of safety glasses from the table. All teams will be located together and you can see the robots, talk to team members and possibly get a team pin or other swag some teams give out.

If you haven’t seen us in person last year, we have adopted a Heavy Metal theme to our costumes and make-up. It will be hard to miss us in the stands if you want to sit with us and cheer on team 343 Metal in Motion.

We will be setting up our pits on March 7th and doing robot inspection in preparation for the following days. Qualifications will begin on the 8th from 11am-7pm and 9th from 9am-1pm. Playoff matches begin at 2pm until about 5pm.
